Name of the supervisor/administrator of the world record attempts. This person can also serve as the overall tournament director.  In some events, especially large ones, there will sometimes be a seperate supervisor/administrator of the the world record attempts. This individual is responsible for the world record submission.  The supervisor/administrator of the record attempts may also serve as one of the three judges.
